	ITF Brussels obtains great results at the IV World Cup !!! Montego Bay, Jamaica, August 26th – September 3rd 2014 The team of ITF Brussels won 2 gold and 2 bronze medals at the World Cup 2014 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. -Tobias Fox: color belt 36-45 years, World Cup Champion in sparring, World Cup Champion in tul and Best Competitor of his category -Martin Behar Kölln: color belt 18-35 years, Bronze medal in sparring and Bronze medal in tul. 678 competitors from 28 countries, 52 schools, 486 black belts and 192 color belt competitors took part in this amazing top level competition. 	Sabum Valerio IV Degree June 29th, Lokeren, Belgium After many years of training Mr Valerio Cappellazzo tested today for IV Degree. He did a great exam, which was conducted by Master Frank Vanberghen, VIII Degree. Sabum Valerio, started to training Taekwon-Do in Rome, under the instruction of Mr Stefano Minotti. He moved to Brussels in 2012. Since then, Sabum Valerio has been training in ITF Brussels. We congratulate Valerio for his hard preparation and for his outstanding performance during the test!
	Internal Championship June 15th 2014, Ottignies, Belgium Our III internal championship was a sucess!!!! We had 33% more competitors than last year. We saw very nice techniques and good level. With the double elimination system every competitor had the opportunity to compete much more. We really thanks: all volunteers for the hard work (parents, students, friends, instructors) for the preparation of the sport hall; all referees for their work during the championship; competitors for their fair and friendly attitude during the competition; and our supporteurs and friends for being there!!! 	V Holland Cup May 31st, 2014, Pijnaeker, The Netherlands ITF Brussels was present at the Holland Cup with 3 competitors: Martin Behar, Leen Walraeve and Sam Maes. Andreea was supporteur, and Gonzalo and Sabum Virginia coaches. Results: -Leen Walraeve: gold in tul (juniors blue- red belts) in a category of 32 competitors!, and gold in sparring (juniors blue-red belts) -Sam Maes: bronce in tul (adults blue-red belts) Martin did not have medals this time but got a good performance in his preparation for Jamaica. 	29th European Championship April 24th to 27th, 2014, Riccione, Italy ITF Brussels was present at the European Championship with one competitor (Andreea Musca) and one coach (Sabum Virginia Dionisi). Andreea competed in Tul III Degree where she won the first round against Poland and lost the second one against Ireland. In sparring, unfortunately, a few seconds before finishing the first fight, she got injured in her knee and couldn't keep competing. ITF Brussels wishes Andreea a fast and good recovery! Sabum Virginia also coached Mr Lylian Doulay from Taekwon-Do ITF France. Mr Doulay won the European Championship in the Category: IV-VI degree. Congratulations! For more info about the tournament
	Day of Taekwon-Do April 14th, 2014, Gembloux, Belgium Excellent day of TKD organized by the Belgian Federation. Sabum Virginia conducted trainings in Tul for juniors and adults, coloured and black belts. Our schools Itf Brussels, Samjok-O Taekwon-do and TKD Woluwé were present with 22 participants. Thanks to all instructors and organizers for such a nice TKD day!

	Sabum Virginia Dionisi conducted a seminar in France April 5th and 6th, 2014, Margencell, France Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th April Sabum Virginia Dionisi conducted a seminar in the beautiful city of Margencel, France. The Seminar was perfectly organized by the school Juche, which is led by Mr. Jon Morris and Mr. Anthony Meynet, both III Degree. 	National Umpire Course March 16th, 2014, Jambes, Belgium Five members of Samjok-O: Bosabum Fitty, Bosabum Benito, Bosabum Pascal, David and Melisa toghether with Iwona from ITF Brussels attended the National Umpires Course in Jambes. The course was organized by Bushido Club and the Umpire Comitee of ITF Belgium. The journey was very productive and everyone come back home with a lot of new knowledge.
	Anniversary of Samjok-O !! March 1st, 2014, Ottignies, Belgium Samjok-O Taekwon-Do is three years old ! Since the opening of the club, many things have happened and the club has been growing without stoping! Now there are a lot of members including some Belgian champions! To celebrate these achievements, the members of the club, their families and some guests from ITF Woluwe shared a very nice moment at the Royal bowling in Louvain-la-Neuve. A very special dinner was followed by some bowling matchs. Congratulations Bo Sabum Benito and Leo! You are doing a great job.
	Seminar with Master Vones February 23rd, 2014, Trois Vierges, Luxembourg Sabum Virginia, Bo Sabums Daniel and Benito and four students (Iwona Zoch, Sam Maes, Nicolas Taylor and Leen Walraeve) attended the Step Sparring and Fundamental Movements Seminar conducted by Master Harry Vones, VII Dan from Germany. The seminar was held in Luxembourg, at the school of Sabum Hardy Viktor. Master Vones has been coach of the German team for many years and has great knowledge of all TKD techniques. 	Andreea Musca promoted to III Degree February 16th, 2014, Lokeren, Belgium Bosabum Andreea Musca started training in Taekwon-do ITF in 1995, in Baia Mare, Romania. She obtained the black belt in 2003 and she was promoted to second degree in October 2007. She moved to Belgium in 2006 and since then she became member of The Belgian National Team. Andreea became 3 times European Champion (Junior Sparring -50kg and two times in Senior Patterns II Degree) In addition, Andreea has won two times second place at World Cup's. Congratulations Andreea! We are very proud of you!
	Raclette Night!! February 1st, 2014, Brussels, Belgium Before starting the second part of the year, ITF Brussels, Samjok-O and TKD Woluwe organized a raclette night! More than 30 members of the three schools were present! Together with the BBQ day in Summer, these events are very popular between the students and their families! Everyone was asking when is next?! Thanks for coming and for the great atmosphere!
	Our champions receive the Brussels town hall’ awards January 24th 2014, Brussels, Belgium Pablo Pascuzzo, Ronja Blondal, Martin Behar, Juan Tena and Iwona Zoch were awarded by the Brussels town hall at the traditional "Reception des Champions", for their TKD performances during 2013. Our champions received their awards from the hands of the "échevin des sports" of Brussels, Mr Alain Courtois. The ceremony was conducted by the journalist Michel Lecompte. Congratulations! and thanks for inspiring the rest of the team!
	Open Dutch 2014 January 19th, 2014, Best, The Netherlands. ITF Brussels and Samjok-O, TKD were represented by ten competitors, two umpires and three coaches obtaining the following results: ITF Brussels Andreea Musca: 1^st place in Sparring black belts (seniors) Ronja Blondal: 3^rd place in Sparring (youth) Tine Walravens: 2^nd place tul green stripe / green (seniors) Iwona Zoch: 1^st place sparring and 2^nd place tul yellow (seniors) Samjok-O Julien Vanderkelen: 3^rd place tul green stripe / green (seniors) Sabum Hents, Toby Fox, Sam Maes, Leen Walraeve and Elodie Tilkin did also very well! This year, the championship hosted 750 competitors from from 18 countries! We also thanks Bo Sabum Benito and Mr Toby Fox for their hard work as umpires, and Sabums Virginia, Juha and Hents and Bo Sabum Gonzalo for their work as coaches.
	Kup Grading at TKD Woluwe January 14th, 2014, Woluwe, Belgium 10 Students of TKD Woluwe were kupgraded by Sabum Virginia with the assistance of Bo Sabum Daniel Kampff. Congratulations to the students and to Bo Sabum Daniel! You are doing a great job!
