	National Instructors Course 25^th November 2012, Lokeren, Belgium The second national instructors course was held in Lokeren. Instructors from different regions of Belgium participated and have the opportunity to exchange views, experience and knowledge. Purpose of the course is to standardize techniques in the country. Sabum Virginia Dionisi (ITF Brussels), Bo Sabum Benito Martinez (Samjok-O), Gonzalo Escribano (ITF Brussels), Daniel Kampff (Taekwon-Do Woluwe) and Faiçal Ghoul (Brussels Champions) were present!
	Day of Taekwon-Do 20^th October 2012, Lede, Belgium, A fantastic seminar called the Day of Taekwon-Do was held in Lede. More than one hundred and ten students from different regions of Belgium participated. Students and instructors from our schools Samjok-O (Ottignies) and ITF Brussels (Brussels) trained in different disciplines (sparring, tul, hosinsul, special techniques and games) which were conducted by different instructors of Belgium, including Sabum Virginia.
	Challenge Cup II 21^st October 2012, Lokeren, Belgium ITF Brussels and Samjok-O were very well represented at the Challenge Cup II for the umpires Pablo Pascuzzo, William Harrison and Toby Fox, the coaches Benito Martinez and Gonzalo Escribano, and the competitors. Our team obtained excellent results: Gold Medals: Ronja Blondal (tul and sparring youth – ITF Brussels), Karim Alsteem (sparring senior – ITF Brussels) and Martin Behar (tul senior-ITF Brussels) Silver Medals: Julien Vanderkelen (sparring and tul senior – Samjok-O) Bronze medals: Karim Alsteem (tul junior – ITF Brussels) Also the youth Yate Diop and Amandine Haustrate from the school Samjok-O participated for the first time in a championship. 	ITF Brussels wins 6 medals at the World Cup with 5 competitors. 2 World Cup Champions in our club! Brighton, England, 4^th -7^th October 2012 Our school wins 6 medals at the World Cup in Brighton (England) finishing in the general classification in the 18th place out of 121 with only five competitors!!!! The World Cup is the biggest open championship in the world. This time 1.579 competitors (1083 black belts and 493 color belts) from 45 countries participated. There were 10 rings, and athletes from around the world could follow the competition on live streaming. Results: -Pablo Pascuzzo: World Cup Champion sparring (-54 kg, 18-35 years black belts) -William Harrison: World Cup Champion sparring, and bronze medal tul (-78 kg, over 46 years coloured belts) -Andreea Musca: Silver medal sparring, and bronze medal tul II Degree (-52 kg, 18-35 years black belts) -Tobias Fox: bronze medal tul (18-35 years coloured belts) -Alex Walter: won two rounds in tul I Degree and lost in the third round (18-35 years black belts) Thanks to everyone (coaches, competitors, supporters) for such fantastic weekend plenty of emotions! 	Benito Martinez II Degree Promotion 23^rd September 2012 , Lokeren, Belgium Bo Sabum Benito Martinez, instructor of the school Samjok-O in Ottignies, tested succesfully for II Degree. The examination committee was composed of Master Frank Vanberghen (VIII Degree), Sabum Annick Vandriessche, Eddi Van Damme and Virginia Dionisi. Congratulations!
	Seminar with Mr. Suska Utrecht, The Netherlands, 22nd September 2012 Sabum Virginia Dionisi, Bill Harrison and Toby Fox participated at the seminar given by Mr. Suska (5 times world champion) and Mr. Daniel Dziala (2 times world champion) in The Netherlands, while Bo Sabum Gonzalo Escribano was spectator. There were more than 100 participants from different countries.
	ITF Belgium's Got Talent! 10th September 2012, Brussels, Belgium Andreea Musca (Multi European Champion and World Cup medallist) and Alexander Walter (World medallist) participated at the first emission of the well known TV program Belgium 's Got Talent, which was forecasted for the first time in Belgium by the national channel RTL-TVI (for Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium). We saw our athletes in action the evening of the 10 th September! Some months ago ITF Brussels was invited by the producers of the TV program to participate. The instructors selected Andreea and Alex to show Belgium their talents! Out of 1.500 participants, the production selected only 400 candidates for the castings that were held in June, and only 170 candidates were chosen to perform in front of the jury during July. 	First Internal Championship June 23rd 2012, Ottignies, Belgium The first internal championship was a great success! There were competitors and umpires from ITF Brussels, Samjok-O and Taekwon-Do Woluwe which competed in five different categories in a league system. In between the patterns and sparring competitions, Andreea Musca performed a demonstration and after that a lot of children took pictures with her and her most important trophies. After finishing the championship we spent a very nice moment sharing a pick-nick under the Sun! 	Kup Grading June 2012, Brussels, Ottignies, Uccle, Woluwé, Belgium. Students from ITF Brussels, Samjok-O, Brussels Champions and Taekwon-Do Woluwé tested successfully their kupgrading! Sabum Virginia Dionisi conducted the exams with the help of Bo Sabums Benito Martinez, Fayçal Ghoul and Daniel Kampff. Students, parents and instructors were very happy with the evolution of the schools. Congratulations to all students, instructors and supporters! You are doing a great job!
	Two Medals for ITF Brussels at the III Holland Cup May 30th 2012, Pijnaeker, The Netherlands Marguerita Giannella (gold in female sparring B) and Bill Harrison (bronze in Sparring Veterans) stepped on the podium at the III Holand Cup. Martin Behar and Alexarder Hartmann (World Class) also competed at the Championship, they both also did very well in their first international tournament. The competition had an outstanding level with more than 500 competitors from 7 countries! Congratulations to all of you!
	1st Kup Grading at Taekwon-Do Woluwé May 30th 2012, Woluwé, Belgium. Three students of Taekwon-Do Woluwé tested successfully for their IX Kup : Laura, Cedric and Dyland. Sabum Virginia Dionisi conducted the exam with the help of Bo Sabum Daniel Kampff. Students, parents and instructors were very happy with the evolution of the school. Congratulations to Bo Sabum Daniel Kampff and his wife Mariana, Instructor and Administrator of the TKD school in Woluwé.
	Andreea Musca European Champion for the second time in a row! April 19th-21st 2012, Maribor, Slovenia Andreea Musca obtains her second European Title in a row and third in her career. Andreea defeated Poland, Ireland, Finland and Germany to stand up on the top of the podium of Female Seniors Tul II Degree. ITF Brussels was also represented by Alexander Walter (Tul I Degree and Team Sparring), Emi Van Rijn (Tul I Degree), Sabum Virginia Dionisi and Bo Sabum Gonzalo Escribano (coaches). The representatives of ITF Brussels did a great competition: Andreea Musca, European Champion in Tul II Degree and quarter finals in Sparring -52kg. Alexander Walter, after defeating Poland and Moldavia, finished his path in quarter finals. Alexander was narrowly defeated by the Hungarian competitor 3-1-1. 	Alexander Walter, Emi Van Rijn and Walter Clayton win Brussels town hall’ awards April 17th 2012, Brussels, Belgium Alexander Walter, Emi Van Rijn and Walter Clayton were awarded by the Brussels town hall at the traditional "Reception des Champions", for their TKD performances during 2011: Alexander Walter: Bronze medal at the World Championship in New Zealand in Tul I Degree and Belgian champion in Tul I Degree and Male Senior Power Breaking Emi Van Rijn : Belgian Champion in Youth Tul I Degree Walter Clayton: Belgian Champion Juniors Tul yellow/green belt Congratulations!
	Kup Grading at ITF Brussels March 20th 2012, Brussels, Belgium. Toby, Cécile, Tine, Lola and Cédric successfully tested for their Kup grading ! Congratulations to all of you !
	INTA Open Irish March 10th 2012, Kilkenny, Ireland. Andreea Musca wins two silver medals at the INTA Open Irish. Andreea's medals were obtained in in Patterns Female II°degree and in Sparring Female -58kg Congratulations Andreea ! For more info
	1st Barcelona Cup March 9th 2012, Barcelona, Belgium. Alexander Walter wins one gold and one silver medal at the 1st Barcelona Fuji Mae Cup. In Patterns, Alex obtained the gold medal after defeating three Spanish competitors. In Sparring, Alex was also on the final but unfortunately he had to forfeit it because he injured his right hand in the semi finals. 	Kup Grading at World Class March 3rd 2012, Brussels, Belgium. Nicolas and Alexander successfully tested for their Kup grading ! Congratulations to both of you !
	Great Belgian Championship for our schools! February 12th 2012, Sint-Lievens-Houtem, Belgium. ITF Brussels, Samjok-O, TKD Woluwe, Brussels Champions and World Class were represented by thirty competitors, three umpires and four coaches obtaining the following results : 10 Gold Medals 15 Silver Medals 17 Bronze Medals This year it was the first National Championship for the schools Samjok-O and Brussels Champions and they did very well. 	Umpiring seminar at TKD Woluwe January 30th 2012, Woluwe Saint Pierre, Belgium. Sabum Eddy Van Damme, chairman of the umpiring committee of ITF Belgium, conducted the umpire seminar for beginners at the school TKD Woluwe. Members of the schools TKD Woluwe and ITF Brussels were present. After finishing the seminar, Sabum Eddy and the instructors of the schools, decided to organize in June an umpire seminar for advanced practitioners. Many thanks Sabum Eddy!

	Open Dutch 2012 January 22nd 2012, Best, The Netherlands. ITF Brussels, Samjok-O, TKD Woluwe and Brussels Champions were represented by nine competitors, two umpires and two coaches obtaining the following results: Black Belts: Emi Van Rijn Silver Medal, Tul I Degree Andreea Musca Bronze Medal, Female Sparring -58kg Color Belts: Toby Fox Silver Medal, Tul VIII-VII Kup Toby Fox Bronze Medal, Sparring white to blue stripe -80kg Rubén Hernández Bronze Medal, Sparring white to blue stripe -63kg This year, the championship hosted more than five hundred and twenty competitors from Belgium, Italy, Germany, Norway, Ireland, Slovenia, Scotland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and Finland. Congratulations to all of you and also to the others competitors who had a great performance: Alex, Benito, Fayçal, Bill and Julien. 	2nd Kup Grading at Brussels Champions January 20th 2012, Uccle, Belgium. Five students of ITF Brussels Champions successfully tested for their IX Kup: Bartosz, Rehis, Asma, Yasmine and Mohamed Sabum Virginia Dionisi conducted the exam with the help of Bo Sabum Faiçal Ghoul. 	1st Kup Grading at Brussels Champions January 13th 2012, Uccle, Belgium. Seven students of Brussels Champions successfully tested for their IX Kup: Denis, Mahdi, Nada, Ali, Souhir, Aniss and Wissam Sabum Virginia Dionisi conducted the exam with the help of Bo Sabum Faiçal Ghoul. Children, parents and instructors were very happy with the evolution of the school. Congratulations to the students and to Bo Sabum Faiçal !
	Visit to Taekwon-Do Woluwe January 11th, 2012, Woluwe Saint Pierre, Belgium Sabum Virginia visited Taekwon-Do Woluwe, the school of Bo Sabum Daniel Kampff. Sabum Virginia was very happy to see that the recently opened school is running very well and has already more than ten students! Congratulations Daniel !
	Stage sportif January 6th to 9th 2012, Jambes, Belgium Sabum Virginia, Bo Sabum Alex and Bo Sabum Benito with two of his students (Thomas and Julien) attended the martial arts training organized by Sabum Patrick Crevecour in Jambes. Intensive exercises and great atmosphere were present the four days of the training! Congratulations!
